We are aware of an issue affecting the communication between GravityZone and managed endpoints.
Some customers may notice delays in communications between endpoints and GravityZone resulting in some endpoints appearing offline in the console, even though they are online. Additionally, configuration policy changes and tasks assigned to endpoints may experience time delays.
Installing Bitdefender Endpoint Security Tools using lightweight installation packages may fail. However, installations using full kits will work without issues.
Endpoint protection is unaffected, and all endpoints remain protected. Our team is actively investigating the cause and will keep you informed.
