We have identified the issue and we are working to fix it. To reduce the load in the platform a maintenance-specific message is displayed and login is not currently possible

Investigating

We are aware of an issue affecting the communication between GravityZone and managed endpoints.

Some customers may notice delays in communications between endpoints and GravityZone resulting in some endpoints appearing offline in the console, even though they are online. Additionally, configuration policy changes and tasks assigned to endpoints may experience time delays.

Management console access is also degraded.
